10 Web Dev tips for new programmers

Though I’ve been a designer for over 20 years, I recognized in myself that I had a lack of hands on experience for a post design process. I could design an intuitive, slick looking UI, but designs were give to engineers, then the real world impact of my designs were usually out of my control.

I wanted to understand and face these business challenges firsthand so I could make more informed decisions as a designer and ultimately add more value to our customers.
